條款及細則

  1. 參加者年齡必須年滿18歲或以上,18歲以下人士必須先取得監護人同意。

  2. 活動屬於自願參與性質,參加者願意承擔一切風險及責任,並無權向主辦單位 / 包括大主辦單位、活動策劃及贊助商 / 支援機構追討由往返活動場地中、活動中發生或其他原因而引至之自身受傷、意外、死亡或任何形式的損失索償或追究責任,主辦單位建議參加者自行購買個人意外保險,以保障個人安全。

  3. 參加者必須確保其身體狀況適宜參加活動,如懷孕或者有慢性疾病如心臟病等的人士,主辦單位建議參加者在活動前徵詢醫生建議及進行檢查,以確保身體狀況適合進行跑步項目。於活動時自己留意個人的身體狀況,是否適合繼續,如有不適,請立即停止活動。

  4. 參與此舞台活動即表示閣下已同意和接受此使用條款,參加者出示此活動門票、進入活動並享用活動門票所產生或與活動門票相關的任何特權均應遵守此使用條款。

  5. 主辦單位在得悉或懷疑的情況下,保留取消或不容許任何不適宜參加的人士的參加資格之權利。一旦參加者遞交申請參與活動項目: 

  • 參加者向主辦單位保證及確保其身體狀況適宜參與項目;及

  • 如參加者因身體狀況不適宜參與活動項目引致

i. 其或他人受傷或身亡;及.       

ii. 任何財物損失,參加者同意負責一切損失.       

   5. 如參加者引起公眾不安,或作出其他主辦單位認為不當的行為,主辦單位有權取消參加者參與活動之資格。

   6. 出發前,請留意香港天文台的天氣預告,避免天氣欠佳情況下出發。如天氣惡劣 ,請停止活動,留在結構穩固的遮蔽處。

 

如活動進行當日有黑色暴雨、八號風球,主辦方鼓勵參加者於安全情況下完成相關活動。

  1. 參加者請善待環境,請勿在中環海濱活動空間內亂拋垃圾。

  2. 參加者在參加本活動期間,請遵守香港法律,特別是《預防及控制疾病(禁止羣組聚集)規例》(香港法例第599G章),維持適當社交距離及遵從政府不時宣佈或建議的防疫措施。

  3. 主辦單位保留對所有參加者資格、酌情修改活動規則各其他安排及解釋以上規則的權利的最終決定權。

  4. 主辦單位保留使用參加者的肖像作為日後活動宣傳之用的權利。

 

活動延期、取消

  • 根據以下原因,大會有權保留延期或取消活動的權利: 

  1. 惡劣天氣

  2. 不可抗力,即發生超出主辦單位所能控制的事件和令舉辦活動成為不可能、不安全或不切實際的情況。不可抗力事件包括但不限於天災、戰爭、敵對行為、侵略、叛亂、革命、起義、暴動、騷亂、罷工、怠工、禁工或動亂、疾病的爆發以及恐怖主義行為和威脅

  3. 冠狀病毒病而引起的所有香港特區政府之政策

 

轉讓條款

  1. 所有報名者成功登記後均不可將活動名額轉移到其他申請人。

  2. 主辨單位保留權利取消任何觸犯、違反或不遵守任何香港法例及活動規則人士的參加資格。

  3. 主辨單位擁有修改及解釋以上規則的權利。任何有關比賽/活動的臨時改動或取消,將以活動網站公佈為準。

 

收集個人資料聲明

  • 主辦單位有權使用任何有關活動之相片、錄像及賽事紀錄作任何合法用途,包括LesMills的活動推廣及網站上使用。

  • 主辦單位有權收集、儲存及使用參加者在報名表格上所填報之個人資料(以香港法例第486章《個人資料(私隱)條例》之定義為準)以作該活動相關的用途(包括但不限於籌備、報名、推廣或宣傳該活動)。參加者亦同意該主辦單位可將這類資料發放予與該活動的籌辦、安排、舉行、推廣或宣傳有關的團體,包括但不限於主辦單位、主辦單位攝影師、傳媒、報章及雜誌。參加者同意該等收集、儲存及使用是合法及實屬公平,亦同意所有資料,包括個人資料、照片、電子影像及聲音檔案等,都可能被用作宣傳該活動。

  • 您所提供的資料 (包括姓名、電話及電郵地址等等)將可能用於LesMills之活動推廣用途,包括(但不限於) 產品、推廣活動等等資訊。如閣下不欲LesMills將您的個人資料用於宣傳推廣用途,請電郵至info@beatfitnessday.com

  • 除非閣下事先同意或根據香港境內或境外適用的法院命令、指令或指引要求,LesMills均不會向第三者披露您的個人資料。

 

關於COVID的建議

 

因應COVID-19新型冠狀病毒的最新情況,參加者參與「Beat the Heat Fitness Night」的注意事項:

 

參與活動前

  1. 參加者須保持良好個人衛生,並留意自己身體狀況,定時量度體溫,如發覺有COVID-19新型冠狀病毒最常見的病徵,如發燒、乏力、乾咳及呼吸困難,或其他病徵包括鼻塞、頭痛、結膜炎、喉嚨痛、腹瀉、喪失味覺或嗅覺、皮疹或手指或腳趾變色等,應戴上外科口罩,避免前往人多擠逼的地方,及盡早向醫生求診,亦不應參加本次活動。

  2. 所有舞台活動的參加者均須進行快速抗原測試,獲得陰性結果,並於入場前以圖片形式出示給工作人員確認。

  3. 參加者應減少外出及避免聚餐或聚會等社交活動,並盡量與他人保持適當的社交距離。

  4. 注意最新入境資訊,需接受檢疫人士不應前往活動,詳情請瀏覽入境注意專頁: http://www.coronavirus.gov.hk/chi/inbound-travel.html

  5. 由內地、澳門或台灣抵港人士(包括香港居民、內地居民及其他地區旅客),須在指定地點(家居或其他住所)接受強制檢疫,亦不應參加活動

  6. 抵港前 14 天曾到任何海外國家/地區的香港居民,必須接受強制檢疫,亦不應參加活動。

時刻留意政府就COVID-19新型冠狀病毒公布的消息,以及採取相應的預防措施

 

參與活動期間

  • 參加者須根據不同場地設施的最新規定佩戴口罩。

  • 參加者進行活動時,小組之間應盡量保持至少有1.5米的社交距離。

  • 參加者應自備飲用水和個人衛生用品。

  • 參加者請盡量攜帶自己的運動用品及器材,減少使用公共物品。

  • 參加者應隨身帶備外科口罩、紙巾和70至80%酒精搓手液。

  • 參加者佩戴口罩進行運動時,應時刻留意呼吸及心跳等生命體徵的變化,並應適時放緩,或停下來休息。此外,流汗和呼氣會弄濕口罩,參加者請適時更換自備的口罩,以策安全。

  • 正確佩戴口罩十分重要,包括在佩戴口罩前及脫下口罩後保持手部衞生。

  • 經常保持雙手清潔,尤其在觸摸口、鼻或眼之前、進食前、如廁後、觸摸扶手或門 把等公共設施後、當手被呼吸道分泌物污染時、咳嗽或打噴嚏後等,都應以梘液清潔雙手。

  • 洗手時應以梘液清潔雙手,搓手最少20秒,並用抹手紙弄乾。雙手洗乾淨後,不要再直接觸摸水龍頭,應先用抹手紙包裹著水龍頭,才把水龍頭關上。

  • 如沒有洗手設施,或雙手沒有明顯污垢時,使用含70至80%的酒精搓手液潔淨雙手亦為有效方法。

  • 打噴嚏或咳嗽時,應用紙巾掩蓋口鼻,將紙巾包好,棄置於有蓋的垃圾箱內。

  • 如廁時要注重衞生,先將廁板蓋上才沖廁水,以免散播病菌。

 

參與活動後

  • 參加者入屋前應先清潔鞋子,以免將病毒細菌帶回家。

  • 入屋後應盡早以梘液徹底清潔雙手,並除下口罩,將口罩放入膠袋封好棄置於有蓋的垃圾箱內。

  • 回家後,應即時更換衣服及沐浴,換上乾淨的家居服,以防病菌逗留於家中。

  • 妥善清洗你的衣服。

  • 用酒精濕紙巾或稀釋漂白水清潔手機表面及手機殼

 

參加者聲明

報名及參與本活動的參加者均同意並作出以下聲明:

  1. 他/她已衡量個人健康情況並確認他/她的健康情況適合參與本活動。

  2. 他/她是自願參加本活動,並願意自行承擔所有風險及責任。參加者一旦因在活動中有任何財物損失、意外、受傷或死亡,主辦單位均毋須負上任何責任。

  3. 主辦單位建議參加者保持個人衛生,做好防疫措施,並採取主辦單位認為必要的任何其他健康措施。

  4. 主辦單位保留所有延期、取消、縮短賽事或改變活動模式的權利。

 

健康聲明

  • 本人現時及參與日期前14日內並無以下任何COVID-19新型冠狀病毒的常見病徵:包括發燒、乏力、乾咳、呼吸困難、鼻塞、頭痛、結膜炎、喉嚨痛、腹瀉、喪失味覺或嗅覺、皮疹或手指或腳趾變色。

  • 本人在參與日期前14日內並無離開香港 / 本人曾在參與日期前14日內離開香港但獲香港特別行政區政府豁免接受強制檢疫。

  • 本人並未在參與日期前14日內離開香港而未獲香港特區政府豁免接受強制檢疫的任何人士有密切接觸,尤其是家人、家庭傭工及司機。

  • 本人並未在參與日期前14日內,與任何確診或懷疑確診COVID-19新型冠狀病毒人士(無論在香港或海外)有密切接觸*。

*「密切接觸」是指直接接觸、居住於同一家庭、乘坐同一車輛或飛機、或有近距離社交接觸,例如一同進餐。以上僅列舉部分例子以作參考。如有懷疑,主辦單位建議閣下應採取謹慎做法,即避免參與本次活動。

  • 本人並未曾在參與日期前14日內,於衞生防護中心發佈的COVID-19新型冠狀病毒確診個案所在的大廈居住。

  • 本人無需按強制檢測公告或指示接受COVID-19新型冠狀病毒檢測 / 本人曾經按強制檢測公告或指示接受COVID-19新型冠狀病毒檢測而檢測結果為陰性。

  • 此申報是於參與日期前遞交,如之後情況有變,應於參與活動前向主辦單位申報。

  • 根據第599 章《預防及控制疾病條例》,任何人違反或明知而向衞生署提供上述的虛假資料,即屬犯罪,一經定罪,可處罰款HK$10,000及監禁6個月。

 

Terms & Conditions

1. Participants must be 18 years old or above. Participants under 18 years old must require parent or guardian consent. 

2. Any person who is attending an Event signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, presentation of an Event Ticket, admission into an Event, and enjoyment of any privileges arising from or in connection with the Event Ticket by participants shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

3. Participants understand and agree that participation in the Event is voluntary and at their own risk of participants. Each participant agrees to absolve the Organizer, Event Producer, and any sponsor and/or supporting organizations from any and all liabilities arising from bodily injuries, accidents, death or other losses during or caused by traveling to and from the event venue during the event or whatsoever reason. The participant is recommended to have personal accident insurance for personal safety. 

4. Any person who is pregnant or suffering from any chronic disease such as heart disease or high blood pressure should not participate in the Event. All participants are urged to seek medical advice on their physical condition before participating in the Event. In case you are feeling unwell, please stop the race immediately. 

5. The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/disqualify any person who is known to have the above condition. The Organizer at its sole discretion also has the right to suspend any participant who appears or is suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the Event. By submitting his / her application to take part in the Event, and subsequently taking part in the event, a participant 

  • warrants and confirms to the Organizer that he/she is physically fit to participate in and complete his/her race without any medical or other assistance; and 

  • agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from

    1. any injury or death suffered by the participant himself/herself or any other persons; and 

    2. any damage to property as a result of him/her not being physically fit to participate in and complete the race. 

6. The Organizer reserves the rights to refuse any entry to participate for any inappropriate behavior. 

7. Please check the weather forecast from the Hong Kong Observatory in advance and do not start the race if adverse weather is expected. Please stop and look for appropriate shelter if weather conditions turn bad during the course of a race. 

8. Be environmentally friendly and don’t litter on the Central Harbourfront Event Space. 

9. The Participant shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, particularly the Prevention and Control of Disease (Prohibition on Group Gathering) Regulation (Cap 599G of the laws of Hong Kong), maintain proper social distance and follow the disease prevention measures announced or advised by the government from time to time. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event rules, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate. 

10. All participants are required to conduct COVID-19 rapid antigen tests (RATs) and the photo of the negative result and the test date on the tester to be shown on the spot before attending the stage event.

111. The Organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on the qualifications of all participants, modify other arrangements of the event rules and interpret the above rules as appropriate. 

12. The Organizer reserves the right to use any images taken during the course of the event and/or images submitted by Participants for advertising purposes.

 

Event Refund & Cancellation Assignment Terms

1. Adverse weather conditions 

2. Force majeure i.e. due to the occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the Organizer/Event Producer and which render it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event. A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, the act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lockouts or disorder, the outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism. 

3. All policies of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government due to COVID-19 

• After registration is completed, the participant is not allowed to transfer to another applicant or race. 

• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person due to any violation of the Official Rules of the Event.

• The Organizer reserves the right of a final decision on the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event announced by the Organizer and posted on the event’s website shall prevail.

Disclaimer

1. He/She represents to the Organizer that he/she is in good health, physically fit, and suffers from no physical impairment, illness or defect which might affect his/her participation that might not be able to complete the Event. 

2. He/She is aware that participation in the Event can be physically demanding and can result in accidents, injuries or death or loss. He/she is entering the Event entirely at his/her risk and responsibility. 

3. The Organizer advise participants to maintain personal hygiene, observe epidemic prevention measures and keep social distancing, and take the advice from the Organizers for all epidemic prevention. 

4. The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, cut short or change the format of the event.

Personal Information Collection Statement

1. The Organizer reserves the right to use any photos, videos and event records of relevant events for any legal purposes, including event promotion and use on the website of LesMills.

2. The Organizer shall abide by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of the laws of Hong Kong. The information you provided (including name, telephone number, email address and etc) will be used by The Organizer to promote its products and events, including (but not limited to) products, promotional activities, etc. If you do not wish your personal information to be used for promotional purposes, please email info@beatfitnessday.com

3. The Organizer will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your permission, unless compelled to do so by any judicial request, requirement or court order.

 

Health Declaration

1. I do not have and have not had within 14 days prior to the date of event any of the common symptoms of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) – such as fever, malaise, dry cough, shortness of breath, nasal congestion, headache, conjunctivitis, sore throat, diarrhea, loss of taste or smell, skin rash or discoloration of fingers or toes.

2. I have not been out of Hong Kong within 14 days prior to the date of the event/ I have been out of Hong Kong within 14 days prior to the date of the event but am exempted by the HKSAR Government from compulsory quarantine.

3. I have not been in close contact with any person who has traveled outside Hong Kong within 14 days prior to my date of the event and has not been exempted by the HKSAR government from compulsory quarantine, in particular family members, helpers or drivers.

4. I have not been in close contact with any person who is a confirmed or preliminary positive case of COVID-19 infection in Hong Kong or overseas within 14 days prior to the date of the event.

“Close contact” generally means having direct physical contact, living in the same household, traveling in the same vehicle or flight, and having social contact in close proximity such as dining together. The above examples are not exhaustive. If you are in doubt, we advise that you err on the side of caution and refrain from using Club facilities.

5. I do not live in a building in which there has been a confirmed case of COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the date of declaration as published by the Centre for Health Protection.

6. I am not required to undergo COVID-19 testing pursuant to a compulsory testing notice or direction / I have undergone COVID-19 testing pursuant to a compulsory testing notice or direction and the result is negative.

7. If this form is submitted prior to the day of the event, I should notify the Organizer of any change in circumstances prior to or at the time of my visit.

8. Under the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599), a person who contravenes or knowingly gives false information to the Department of Health is liable on conviction to a $10000 HKD fine and to imprisonment for 6 months.
