Les Mills 為大家帶來三種最具代表性的課堂,分別是Body Combat、Body Jam和Body Attack,透過強勁的節拍和音樂,帶領參與者享受一個充滿活力的晚上。除了在舞台上領做運動,台下亦劃分成為不同的區域,提供不同主題及特色的運動攤位,令大家盡情體驗各種運動帶來的樂趣,度過一個充滿正能量,釋放壓力的晚上。

Les Mills brings participants three of the most iconic classes, namely Body Combat, Body Jam and Body Attack. With strong beats and music, visitors are led to enjoy an energetic evening. In addition to leading everyone to work out on the stage, off-stage is also divided into different areas, providing a variety of sports booths with different themes and characteristics, so that everyone can experience all kinds of sports with more fun and positive energy that can release pressure at night.

Body Jam由國際知名的健身集團Les Mills所研發,融合了街舞、拉丁、爵士等各種舞蹈元素的技巧及精華部分改良而成的,再配合最新的舞蹈風格和熱門音樂來運動。由於包括了不同舞蹈元素,因此能有效訓練身體協調性及身體敏捷度。這是一個讓你連心臟都舞動起來和燃燒卡路里的全身運動,令你運動的同時體驗樂趣。

Body Attack由國際知名的健身集團Les Mills所研發,是一項高強度並結合競技、肌力訓練動作的有氧健身課程,包含跑步、弓箭步、跳躍、伏地挺身和深蹲等動作。BODYATTACK提供不同強度讓你選擇,不僅適合初學者,也適合運動達人來挑戰自身體能極限。

Body Attack by Les Mills is a high-intensity aerobic fitness program that combines competitive, strength-building movements, including runs, lunges, jumps, push-ups, and squats. Body Attack provides different intensities for you to choose from, not only suitable for beginners but also suitable for athletes to challenge their physical fitness limits

Body Combat由國際知名的健身集團Les Mills所研發,糅合泰拳、空手道、太極拳及武術的動作,以各式拳法中的技巧和要領,組織成一套具有系統的運動課程。主要訓練腿部、手臂、背部和肩膀,對核心部位有顯著效果。其動作設計目的是使身體達到理想狀態,消耗大量卡路里,提高身體肌肉敏捷度與協調性,以至安全有效的訓練心肺功能及身體肌力。Body Combat結合音樂同步進行,以節奏感強烈的音樂搭配搏擊、武術動作,屬於全身性的運動,包含許多出拳、踢腳、翻轉身體的動作。

Body Combat by Les Mills is a high-energy cardio workout. This fun, empowering cardio workout will get your heart pumping, your legs moving, and relieve stress too. Taking influences martial arts such as Karate, Taekwondo, and Tai Chi, you’ll punch, kick, jab, and kata your way to a learner physique. The classes are fiercely energetic and full of benefits to Improve endurance and cardiovascular fitness levels.

所有「教練指導區」參加者均須進行快速抗原測試,獲得陰性結果,並於入場前以圖片形式出示給工作人員確認。
